Sad news this week as we lost one of our Sewing Club members. Mr. Floyd Correa passed away suddenly Wednesday night. His wife Margaret is the lady who runs the Sewing Club. Mr. Correa was a behind the scenes member. He purchased fabric, notions, patterns and gave us money when we did not receive any donations. Every year for Christmas he would treat all Club members to lunch as a "Thank You" for helping the homeless children. He was a very caring man involved in the church and helped struggling children. He will be missed by all who knew him. Prayers to his wife (Margaret), sons (daughter in laws), grand children and extended family members.
Take Care,
Erlinda

I won and I changed my blog name
Can you guess what I won? I got two panels completed on Saturday.
I traced everything out on Saturday morning.
I won "Twas The Night Before Christmas" embroidery quilt set. From ://girlsinthegarden.blogspot.com/
It came in on Wednesday and I had a real hard time not touching it. Work has been crazy. Then on Saturday I traced everything and after housework started embroidering. Embroidering it will be easy, as for the quilting part that's the hard part, but I want it done by Christmas. We will see. Love it.
Thank you Lori.
I also changed my blog name. The other one was really Emily's name.
Love that too!!! Thanks Emily for the Blog design.
Take Care everyone (going to embroider)
